Julie is a wonderful pharmacist with over 30 years’ experience in the industry.

Her career has included working in retail pharmacy and various WA hospital pharmacies, manufacturing, testing and marketing products within the pharmaceutical industry and running her own business as a managerial consultant helping pharmacies implement quality assurance systems within their own businesses.

As well as being an owner of Helena Estate Pharmacy and News, she is a partner with her husband Ron and Pooja Maru in Cravens Pharmacy in the CBD.

She has a passion for providing excellent customer service and building positive and loyal relationships with her customers. She has been the owner at Helena Estate Pharmacy & News since 2012 and has built up a wonderful relationship and business within the estate and its community

Julie lives in Darlington with her husband, Ron and their two adult children. In her spare time Julie likes gardening and working as a volunteer in the local community.

Neel has been a pharmacist for over 10 years now. Before starting work in the valley, he was working predominantly in the aged care sector, liaising with nursing homes and private rehabilitation hospitals.

While this work kept him busy, he would still locum throughout Perth at various retail pharmacies to keep in touch with the community.

He excels in ensuring all of his customer are cared for to the absolute best of his abilities and nothing is left unchecked or untried in his course of providing the best service he can give.

Outside of work, Neel loves his sport, especially soccer. His other notable passion is all great food.

Sharon has been working at Helena Estate Pharmacy and News since 2016. In this time, she has developed some very special friendships with a lot of the regular customers.

Her passion is helping people and she will always make time to listen. She enjoys a great laugh and will always greet you with a smile.

One of her roles is training our younger staff and supervising students completing work experience. Sharon has mentored three year 11/12 students who have since moved on to other jobs. These students report having learned the value of a good work ethic and all have a positive attitude to work.

Sharon’s other role include buying all the amazing giftware and toys in the store.

When not at work Sharon loves spending time with her family including her much loved animals.

Kylie started working at the pharmacy in January 2017 and has been living and working in various pharmacies throughout Perth now since 2004. Her passion is helping people achieve the best for themselves in any way she can, which is how she ended up in the industry.

Her step into pharmacy started after she moved from a small Goldfields town to Perth. While she was temping at a pharmacy operating their Post Office, she was offered a traineeship in pharmacy and the rest as they say is history!

Kylie and her husband move to Kalamunda in 2015 and are very happily making this area their long-term home. When she’s not running around at work, she’s busy running around after her son and trying to keep her patio plants from multiplying too fast or being eaten by the local wildlife.

Robbie joined Helena Estate Pharmacy and News in November 2016 but left to explore the world of real estate in 2021.

Robbie has also completed a modelling course and is currently in the depths of writing his first novel.

If his family or pets aren’t taking up his spare time, his other interests are binging the latest in streaming tv and dancing out to all the best dj’s and music festivals

Adele has been in retail since starting her first job at Woolworths when she was 15.

After working at Bunnings for over 8 years, a change in direction saw her doing Certificate III in Community Pharmacy before starting her journey into retail pharmacy. She joined Helena Estate Pharmacy in 2018 working the weekend shifts and occasionally filling in during the week.

Adele has built up a happy friendly customer connection and is always seen with a smile for our Saturday regulars.

When Adele isn’t at work or caring for her mother, she loves cooking, going out and experiencing great food, taking in a show or a concert as well as creating new outfits and pottering in the garden.

Nicole has been a Pharmacist since 2012 and loves her job as it gives her an opportunity to connect with people, hear their stories and try to make a difference.

Her biggest passion however is her amazing family.

She lives in Helena Valley with her husband, Labrador Buddy and 3 children who delight and challenge her every day.

In her spare time she enjoys gardening, binge watching Netflix and travelling.
