One on One
Make a time to sit down with one of our pharmacists so that we can conduct a medication review and tailor a care plan for you or a family member.
This can include a home medication review if requested from your personal GP via one of our contracted pharmacists, who will then visit you or your family member at home and report directly back to your family GP and the pharmacy.
Or if you just feel that you need a little bit more help towards your personal health care, our pharmacists can help you with anything ranging from weight loss, nicotine withdrawal, medication issues or body concerns.
Nothing is too much when it comes to helping you to help yourself.
